Outcomes, not screenshots
Every engagement ends with numbers we agreed on up front. Here are three we're allowed to talk about.
Patient intake rebuilt around a 3-minute flow
Replaced a 14-screen legacy portal with a guided intake app, cutting drop-off and freeing 30 clinic hours a week.
- Next.js
- Postgres
- HIPAA
Real-time freight tracking for 4,000 shipments/day
An event-driven dashboard with live map, exception alerts, and carrier SLAs — replacing a nightly spreadsheet export.
- React
- Node
- AWS
Headless storefront that pays for itself in a quarter
Migrated 12k SKUs to a headless stack with edge rendering; page speed gains lifted mobile conversion outright.
- Next.js
- Shopify
- Vercel
A process you can plan a quarter around
No black boxes and no month-long discovery phases. You always know what's being built, by whom, and what it costs.
- 01Day 0
Scoping call
A 30-minute call to understand the problem, constraints, and deadline. You leave with an honest read on feasibility — even if that answer is 'don't build this yet'.
- 02Week 1
Blueprint
We map the architecture, pick the stack, and write a fixed-scope proposal with milestones, costs, and the success metric we'll be judged on.
- 03Weeks 2–8
Build sprints
Two-week sprints with a live staging URL from day one. You get a Slack channel, a demo every Friday, and no invoice surprises.
- 04Ongoing
Launch & support
We ship it, monitor it, and hand over documented code plus a walkthrough. Retainers available if you'd rather we kept the pager.
The people who do the work
No account managers, no hand-off to an offshore bench. The people on the call are the people writing the code.

What it's like to work with us
“They rewrote a system two previous vendors had failed to deliver, and they did it in eleven weeks. The Friday demos meant we never once wondered where the money was going.”
“The scoping call alone saved us a quarter. They talked us out of the feature we asked for and built the one we actually needed.”
“Our mobile conversion went up 41% and nothing broke on launch day. The handover docs were good enough that our in-house team took over without a call.”
Transparent pricing, no discovery tax
Pick the shape that fits. Every model includes senior people only — we don't staff juniors on your budget and learn on your time.

Questions we get asked
Still unsure about something? Email us — a real engineer answers.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within two weeks. We deliberately keep one squad unbooked so urgent work doesn't sit in a queue — if we can't start when you need us, we'll say so on the first call rather than stringing you along.
Do you work with existing codebases?
Often, yes. Roughly half our work is inherited code that needs rescuing. We start with a paid one-week audit so nobody commits to a rewrite before we both understand what's actually there.
Who owns the code and the IP?
You do, from the first commit. We work in your repository where possible, and everything transfers on final payment. No licensing games, no vendor lock-in, no proprietary framework you can only maintain through us.
What if the scope changes mid-project?
It usually does. Changes within a sprint get traded against something else of similar size at no extra cost. Anything larger becomes a written change order you approve before we build it.
Where is your team based?
We're distributed across Europe and South Asia, with a four-hour overlap window with both US Eastern and Central European time. You get one point of contact, not a rotating cast.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes — send yours over and we'll sign before the first call, or use ours. We also handle DPAs and security questionnaires as a matter of routine.
Tell us what you're building
Send a few lines about the project and we'll come back within one business day with next steps — or a straight answer about why we're not the right fit.
- A real engineer repliesNot a sales rep reading from a script. You'll speak with someone who could build the thing.
- An honest feasibility readIf your idea is too expensive, too early, or better solved with an off-the-shelf tool, we'll say so.
- A written proposal in 5 daysScope, milestones, cost, and the metric we'll be measured on — before you commit to anything.
